Therapeutic Art.

Integrating art into therapy is a process that engages the body, mind, and soul. It encourages self-expression, self-exploration, and healing, welcoming a more satisfied and fulfilled life. Therapeutic art is for ANYONE and is more about the process of making the art and expressing the self rather than the final product.

Meditation and Mindfulness.

Meditation is a form of mindfulness that cultivates relaxation, focus, and awareness. Just like art, it also encourages self-exploration and self-expression. Together, meditation and art can help someone feel more connected to themselves, therefore allowing them to live up to their fullest potential.

Reiki.

In 2020, I became certified in Holy Fire Reiki I & II. Reiki is a Japanese word for universal life energy. While practicing reiki, I use this universal life energy that is always surrounding us to promote meditation, inner reflection, relaxation, and healing.

Yoga.

Yoga has been a constant throughout my life for at least 20 years, providing me with space for self-awareness, presence, mindfulness, strength, stretching, and self-improvement. Currently, I am teaching at the Greater Beverly YMCA and plan to add yoga/meditation/reiki workshops this fall. Stay tuned!
